2. Technical delivery and server logs
When the website is accessed, the hosting server processes technically necessary connection data. This may include the IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser and operating system information, and status codes.
This data is used for secure and stable operation, error analysis, abuse prevention, and technical optimisation. Retention depends on the operational and security requirements of the hosting environment.
3. Google Tag Manager and optional analytics
The website is technically prepared for Google Tag Manager, a tag management system. Which analytics or marketing services actually run depends on the configuration of the GTM container used.
On renggli-ventures.ch, Google Tag Manager is loaded only after you explicitly allow optional analytics. Before consent, no Google Analytics or marketing tags are loaded through this integration.
Loading Google Tag Manager creates a connection to Google servers and may transfer technical connection data such as the IP address. Depending on the services configured in GTM, additional data may be processed and each tag must be configured separately in a privacy-compliant way.
Website events
After consent, the website provides structured data-layer events including page view, internal navigation, outbound links, email clicks, visible content sections, scroll depth, and a 30-second engagement event. Form entries and freely entered personal content are not written to the data layer.
4. Consent and tracking settings
Optional analytics are activated only after your consent. The choice is stored locally in the browser and can be changed at any time.
If no Google Tag Manager ID is configured, neither Google Tag Manager nor optional analytics are loaded.
5. Contact by email and form
When you contact us by email or through the form, we process the information you provide to handle the request, communicate with you, and, where necessary, initiate or perform a business relationship.
The project form processes the request type, first name, last name, optional company, email address, subject, and message. This information is used solely to process the request and related communication.
Cloudflare Turnstile
When Cloudflare Turnstile is enabled in the site configuration, it protects the form against automated abuse. Technical connection and browser data may be transmitted to Cloudflare. Turnstile is used only in the project form and does not send form content to our analytics data layer.
Please do not send passwords, credentials, or other particularly sensitive information by email or form unless this has been explicitly agreed and appropriately secured.

This website links to SwissCover, Morgenda, NitroSport, and Lynex Lab®, among others. When opening an external link, the privacy policy of the respective website applies.
